“I think entrepreneurs develop autonomy, become the engine of all growth, and better the world”
Buck left College Pro with passion for developing people, and love for providing opportunities to others – whether that’s for personal, or professional growth.
“The painting job I got in college turned into a career”
Some guys in a fraternity on campus told Buck that he could make a lot of money painting for them, and after a summer of hard work he put two and two together about how much they were making, and realized he could sign up for a franchise himself. In his first year, he was top rookie, and absolutely loved his experience. He took a year off school to become a general manager in Michigan and Ohio. Buck stayed on the College Pro path to eventually become a vice president in Philadelphia. After, he went to CertaPro for 10 years, between the corporate side of things and partnering to run a business. Buck came back to Kansas to start a roofing franchise for Graham Dessert, owner of Dessert Companies. He now has 11 employees and expects to do $5 million in revenue this year!
