Revolutionizing the Financial Services Industry using Biometric Data
Bianca is the co-founder of a company called Ezzy Lynn which is a lifestyle brand of trendsetting apparel and accessories. All of their products are handcrafted from vegan and upcycled materials, each item representing a unique endangered animal, which they adopt through WWF-Canada using the proceeds of each sale.
Bianca is a public speaker for various organizations, where she delivers motivational talks on the topics of entrepreneurship, networking, immigration, women in business, tech & business, social entrepreneurship and community involvement.
She currently works as vice president of business development and strategic marketing at BioConnect: biometric security measures for banking information, and hopes to spread the technology across multiple industries. It’s gaining traction all over the financial services industry, earning her a spot on the 2017 30×30 Bay Street Bull Guide!
“Learn what relentless means and live it”
This was Bianca’s mantra throughout her time with College Pro. In her 3 years, she achieved the highest sales revenue for franchisees ($134,000, $415,000 and $260,000 in just a third of her season, respectively). Bianca performed complex data analysis to innovate her business development, and created a financial model that franchisees today are still using.
“People will tell you no more than anything else, and if you’re okay with that answer you will stay exactly where you are. There must be risk, lots of it. It’s the only way to success. If there isn’t any, you have missed the opportunity”
Bianca was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and emigrated to Canada at 17
Her first business venture was in kindergarten – her mother bought her some beads to channel her energy into creating necklaces, and a day later every teacher had purchased one of her creations
Recipient of the Top 20 Under 40 Award, a program that recognizes industry leaders that give back to the community.
