As one of the Top 30 under 30 realtors in the industry, Benn brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his every day work. His business has been in the family for 70 years, but his College Pro background gives him a leg-up on the competition.

School: University of Washington
Rookie Year: 2007 (turf: Seattle)
Current Home: San Diego, CA

Benn was cold called by a general manager in 2007 to launch his career as a franchisee.

As a franchisee, he was a top performer in North America, and a ranked #3 in company history at the time he left the business. He was given the foundational skills that a lot of our alumni speak to, “College Pro confirmed that hard work and perseverance will make you accomplish your goals”. All of that hard work and perseverance ended his College Pro summers with a full bank account to fund his world travels, “those are definitely my favourite memories!”

The Life of a Top 30

Benn specializes in selling small to medium multifamily properties. He got his real estate license to immerse himself among investors and help them achieve their goals. Owning an investment property is a lot like owning a small business, he generates his business by calling investors and building relationships. Currently a top producer and VP at South Coast Commercial, his career is obviously soaring, as he was named one of the top 30 under 30 in 2016. But he takes nothing for granted, and fights hard for his success. Check him out on the cover of Realtor Magazine, below!
